All the intense flavours of leek, onion, garlic and tomatoes harmonized with celery, carrot and the aromatic herbs of oregano and basil, processed at the height of their balsamic period. How to use it: As a SUBSTITUTE for the classic stock cube in the kitchen, they are ideal for the preparation of broths and soups. For VEGETABLE BROTH mix a teaspoon (5 grams) in 1 litre of boiling water. It is immediately finished. The delicate taste does not mask the original taste of the dish. Although used in minimal quantities, it gives a distinctive flavour thanks to the limited presence of salt. Already complete for those with a palate used to a lowered salt content. For everyone else, add salt as you wish until you have obtained the desired taste.
For other preparations, add the product in minimal quantities to food whilst cooking (mixture for meatballs, savoury pies, cooked vegetables, sauces etc) until the desired taste is obtained.

Ingredients:
- Aubergine and courgette cut into cubes
- Peppers cut into strips
- Potatoes cut into cubes
- DadOK 100% plant-based SUMMER
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Using the vegetables that you have cut into cubes and strips, form the skewers however you wish. Drizzle them with a bit of the oil and season them with DadOK SUMMER (to make them even more delicious, also coat them with breadcrumbs). Place them onto a baking tray and allow them to cook at 200° for 15/20 minutes. The ultimate starter or side dish.
