DESCRIPTION: Thyme, mint, majoram, rosemary, basil, oregano and parsley seasoned salt condiment, made with Italian integral sea salt. Aromatic herbs picked directly from the garden to gift your dishes with an aroma of a thousand shades. Great for barbecues, grilled meat, grilled fish, bruschetta or bread.
METHOD OF USE: Sprinkle in minimal quantities onto roasted meat and fish, cooked vegetables and sauces as a substitute for classic salt. Add until the desired taste is achieved.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cool, dry place, away from the light. After use, reclose the container well. Do not leave exposed to air.

RECIPE RECOMMENDED BY : LAMB CUTLETS WITH HERBS

Ingredients:
• 12 lamb cutlets
• 1 peeled and finely chopped garlic clove
• Condimento al sale aromatizzato thyme, mint, majoram, rosemary, basil, oregano and parsley
• 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• Salad to garnish
Preparation: Put the lamb cutlets in a spacious tureen and add our 7 herb mix salt condiment. Add the garlic and oil. Mix well and put the tureen in the fridge until the moment of cooking. Heat the grill to a high power and grill the cutlets for 5-10 minutes, turning just once, or until they are well cooked and browned. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with a few salad leaves and serve hot.
