WHAT IS IT?: “06perMilleSale” are seasonings from DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED, consisting of fresh, dehydrated vegetables and plants, with the infinitesimal addition of Italian sea salt. A clean substitute for stock cubes, they are made only of vegetables, all grown on our land, collected at the moment of prime maturity and processed within 24 hours. DadOK AUTUMN is an intense and flavourful moment of a walk in the fields, it unites the sweet flavours of summer from the tomato and carrot and prepares us for the more intense notes of leek, broccoli and onion. This excellent flavour of autumn is bound by pumpkin. Extremely versatile, particularly for soups, risottos, meatballs, doughs, oven-baked or pan-fried vegetables. It is the easy-to-use ingredient that mustn’t be missing from your kitchen.
HOW TO USE IT: As a SUBSTITUTE for the classic stock cube in the kitchen, they are ideal for the preparation of broths and soups. For VEGETABLE BROTH mix a teaspoon (5 grams) in 1 litre of boiling water. It is immediately finished. The delicate taste does not mask the original taste of the dish. Although used in minimal quantities, it gives a distinctive flavour thanks to the limited presence of salt. Already complete for those with a palate used to a lowered salt content. For everyone else, add salt as you wish until you have obtained the desired taste.
For other preparations, add the product in minimal quantities to food whilst cooking (mixture for meatballs, savoury pies, cooked vegetables, sauces etc) until the desired taste is obtained.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of of DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED AUTUMN
- 500g of pumpkin, already cleaned
- 2 heads of Treviso radicchio, already cleaned
Preparation:
Spread olive oil in a pan. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and the radicchio into long strips. Put the vegetables into the pan and season with one teaspoon of DadOK AUTUMN. Mix well in such a way that all of the vegetables become seasoned. Drizzle with olive oil and oven bake for 30 minutes at 200°. Stir as little as possible. Once cooked, add salt to taste. Amazing as a side dish, can be used as a sauce for pasta, or as filling for a savoury pie or quiche
