DadOK WINTER offers the palate the lively characteristics of cold winters in the garden… the intensity of leek, kale and onion is softened by the Jerusalem artichoke, carrot and celeriac. HOW TO USE IT: As a SUBSTITUTE for the classic stock cube in the kitchen, they are ideal for the preparation of broths and soups. For VEGETABLE BROTH mix a teaspoon (5 grams) in 1 litre of boiling water. It is immediately finished. The delicate taste does not mask the original taste of the dish. Although used in minimal quantities, it gives a distinctive flavour thanks to the limited presence of salt. Already complete for those with a palate used to a lowered salt content. For everyone else, add salt as you wish until you have obtained the desired taste.
For other preparations, add the product in minimal quantities to food whilst cooking (mixture for meatballs, savoury pies, cooked vegetables, sauces etc) until the desired taste is obtained.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of DadOK 100% VEGETALE WINTER (1L of broth)
- 100g of lentils
- 100g of chickpeas, already boiled
- 100g of millet
- Base to sautée (celery, carrot, onion)
- One clove of garlic
- One chopped chilli pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
In a big pan, sautee the celery, carrot and onion in olive oil. Once browned, add the clove of garlic and the chopped chilli. Soak the lentils and millet in water. Put everything into the pan, also adding the chickpeas. Add 1 teaspoon of DadOK WINTER and cover everything with one litre of water. Cook on a low heat for 45 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve with a touch of olive oil.
