WHAT IS IT? “06perMilleSale” are seasonings from DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED, consisting of fresh, dehydrated vegetables and plants, with the infinitesimal addition of Italian sea salt. A CLEAN SUBSTITUTE for stock cubes, they are made only of vegetables, all grown on our land, collected at the moment of prime maturity and processed within 24 hours. DadOK SPRING is composed of the freshness of early produce of the season. The sweetness of the first peas and carrots, united with the strong character of the carrot and vivacity of the nettle and parsley. Extremely versatile, particularly for risottos, meatballs, doughs, oven-baked or pan-fried vegetables. It is the CLEAN easy-to-use ingredient that mustn’t be missing from your kitchen.
HOW TO USE IT: As a SUBSTITUTE for the classic stock cube in the kitchen, they are ideal for the preparation of broths and soups. For VEGETABLE BROTH mix a teaspoon (5 grams) in 1 litre of boiling water. It is immediately finished. The delicate taste does not mask the original taste of the dish. Although used in minimal quantities, it gives a distinctive flavour thanks to the limited presence of salt. Already complete for those with a palate used to a lowered salt content. For everyone else, add salt as you wish until you have obtained the desired taste.
For other preparations, add the product in minimal quantities to food whilst cooking (mixture for meatballs, savoury pies, cooked vegetables, sauces etc) until the desired taste is obtained.

Ingredients:
- Carrots and courgette, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of peas
- Chickpea flour
- DadOK 100% plant-based SPRING
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
In a pan, fry off the vegetables with a drizzle of oil until they soften. Separate from this, combine the chickpea flour, water and a teaspoon of the DadOK SPRING in a bowl and whisk with a fork. Pour the mixture over the vegetables in the pan and leave to cook on a medium/low heat for around 10 minutes.
