How to use it: In SUBSTITUTION for the classic stock cube of the kitchen, these are ideal for the preparation of broths and all kinds of soups. For VEGETABLE BROTH mix one teaspoon (5 grams) in 1 litre of boiling water. The result is instant. The delicate taste does not overpower the original flavours of the dish. Although used in minimal quantities, it gives a distinctive flavour thanks to the minimal presence of salt. Already complete for those who have a palate used to a low salt content, for all others, add salt until the desired taste is achieved. For other preparations, add the product in minimal quantities to food whilst cooking (mixture for meatballs, savoury pies, cooked vegetables, sauces etc.) until you have achieved the seasoning and flavour desired

Ingredients:
- One teaspoon of DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED ALLSEASONS
- 1 litre of water
- 400g of boiled chickpeas
- 250g pasta
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and rosemary to taste
Preparation:
In a large pan, fry off the garlic with a drizzle of olive oil and the rosemary. Add the boiled chickpeas, keeping two tablespoons aside, and mix well so that everything is well-coated. Add the water and with a food processor, blend everything together. At this point, season with the teaspoon of DadOK ALLSEASONS and bring to the boil. Combine the pasta and the leftover chickpeas and cook. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve warm, but not too hot.
