WHAT IS IT?: A dried mix for soups and creams made from dried turnip and onion, with the addition of dehydrated potatoes as a thickener, to give a more dense and creamy consistency. It is a sweet and tasty soup/cream, that conquers not only the palate but also its intense red colour. READY TO USE.
HOW TO USE IT: Boil 1 litre of water, prepare a broth with Dadok 100% VEGETALE and sprinkle in the contents of the packet whilst stirring. Boil for 10 minutes whilst stirring carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. It is recommended to add a drizzle of our oil-based Condimento Aromatizzato and seasonings to taste. Also really great with the addition of croutons. The product can also be used to flavour homemade bread, pizza and pasta, or can be used to create sauces or salsa for starter dishes.

INGREDIENTS:
- 100ml unsweetened soya milk
- 130ml of sunflower oil
- 1 twist of salt
- The juice of a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of Vellutata TURNIP AND ONION
PREPARATION: In a coffee cup, rehydrate the turnip and onion powder with a bit of soya milk. Put all of the other ingredients into the immersion mixer. Blend whilst adding the oil bit by bit; a few seconds will suffice to have the mayonnaise ready. At this point it is time to empty the contents of the coffee cup containing the turnip-onion powder and milk into the mixer and blend for a couple of seconds until the cream has a brilliant pink colour. Fantastic for garnishing sandwiches, salads or accompanying meatballs.
