WHAT IS IT?: Dry mix for soups / creams made from dehydrated peas, with the addition of dried potato to give it a thicker and creamier consistency. It is a fanciful cream soup, to be eaten hot in the winter as well as warm in the summer. READY TO USE.
HOW TO USE IT: Boil 1 litre of water, prepare a broth with Dadok 100% VEGETALE and sprinkle in the contents of the packet whilst stirring. Boil for 10 minutes whilst stirring carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. It is recommended to add a drizzle of our oil-based Condimento Aromatizzato and seasonings to taste. Also really great with the addition of croutons. The product can also be used to flavour homemade bread, pizza and pasta, or can be used to create sauces or salsa for starter dishes.

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 grams of ‘0’ flour
- 250ml warm water
- 1 yeast cube
- 40grams of powdered PEA Vellutata
- Extra virgin olive oil and salt
PREPARATION: Prepare two bowls of warm water. In one, dissolve the yeast cube and in the other, rehydrate the pea powder for at least 10 minutes. On a surface, make a mound of the flour and create a well in the middle of it. Pour the dissolved yeast cube, the rehydrated pea powder, the rest of the warm water, the oil and salt into the well. Knead vigorously until you have a compact and elastic dough. Form a ball and leave to rise in a bowl for at least 2 hours, near a heat source. After the two hours is up, take the dough and knead it anew, forming the shape that you wish the bread to be (this may be one big loaf or many small paninis/bread rolls). Cut the surface with a knife and deposit the dough onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Cover and leave to rise for another half an hour, and then bake for 45 minutes at around 200°.
