DESCRIPTION: Dehydrated and crushed spicy chilli peppers, garlic, basil and parsley. A union of tastes and aromas that marry together to form perfection. Suitable for this that love strong, bold flavours, great as a condiment for pasta or on bruschetta with a drizzle of olive oil. READY TO USE.
METHOD OF USE: Sprinkle a handful of spicy mix onto bruschetta, or use to season starter dishes in general: heat a teaspoon of spicy mix on a low heat with a drop of olive oil and then add to pasta. Only use a small amount because the flavour is very intense.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cool, dry place, away from the light.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti
- Tomato passata
- Black olives
- Spicy mix
- Capers
- Salt to taste
Preparation: Drizzle some olive oil into a pan, add the tomato passata, the black olives cut into halves, the capers and a teaspoon of spicy mix . Cook on a high heat for 5 minutes, and in the meantime cook the pasta with salt. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Dust with parmesan cheese and a drizzle of infused olive oil.
