Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 20g grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Flavoured salt with mint and thyme
Preparation:
Mix together the egg yolks, parmesan and flavoured salt with thyme and mint in a large bowl. With an electric food mixer on high speed, beat the whites into a cloud and add the other mixture with a rubber spatula. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the eggs. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the frittata is golden brown. Flip it over with the help of a plate, and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the frittata to a serving plate and serve.
