WHAT IS IT? To make a VEGETABLE BROTH mix a teaspoon of the product in for half litre of boiling water, eventually adding until you have obtained the flavour most similar to your personal taste. For other preparations, add the product in minimal quantities to cooked food (mixture for meatballs, savoury pies, cooked vegetables, sauces etc.) until you have achieved the seasoning and flavour desired

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED DOUBLEVEG
- 1 litre of water
- 2 potatoes
- 3 cups of pearl barley
- 1 bay leaf
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Heat the water in a pan and once it begins to boil, add the DoubleVEG DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED. Wash the barley under a jet of water and add it to the pot of broth alongside the bay leaf. Allow to cook on a low heat, making sure it is always boiling. In the meantime, cut the potatoes into cubes and add them 15 minutes before the end. Once it is ready, serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
