What is it?: Compound condiment DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED in powder form, enriched with tomato and courgette. Most suitable for the preparation of soups and starter courses, to which is gives a full-bodied and rich taste, or for seasoning cooked vegetables, sauces, doughs and stews. Made of vegetables, dehydrated right after being picked, and sea salt. How to use it: A CLEAN and NATURAL substitute for stock cubes in the kitchen. To make a VEGETABLE BROTH mix a teaspoon of the product in for every half litre of boiling water, eventually adding until you have obtained the flavour most similar to your personal taste. For other preparations, add the product in minimal quantities to cooked food (mixture for meatballs, savoury pies, cooked vegetables, sauces etc.) until you have achieved the seasoning and flavour desired.

Ingredients:
- 5 medium/large potatoes
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 1 teaspon of DadOK 100% PLANT-BASED CLASSIC-plus in half a litre of water
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
In a pan, fry the onion with half a ladle of water. In the meantime, peel the potato and chop it into small cubes. Combine the potatoes with the onions and a splash of oil. Mix, and let them brown for a few minutes. Add the vegetable broth until the potatoes are covered. Leave to cook for at least 10 minutes before adding the rice. Continuously stir whilst cooking and progressively add the rest of the broth if necessary. When finished, it should resemble a cream. Add the chopped parsley, mix and serve nice and hot.
