WHAT IS IT?: A dried mix for soup/cream made from dried pumpkin with the addition of dried potatoes in order to get a thicker and creamier consistency. It’s a fanciful soup/cream, sweet, to be enjoyed hot in winter with the addition of nutmeg or warm in summer, enriched with a dollop of plant-based cream. Otherwise add the contents of the packet to the dough of focaccia, desserts, pizza or bread for a different taste. READY TO USE.
HOW TO USE IT: Boil 1 litre of water, prepare a broth with Dadok 100% VEGETALE and sprinkle in the contents of the packet whilst stirring. Boil for 10 minutes whilst stirring carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. It is recommended to add a drizzle of our oil-based Condimento Aromatizzato and seasonings to taste. Also really great with the addition of croutons. The product can also be used to flavour homemade bread, pizza and pasta, or can be used to create sauces or salsa for starter dishes.

INGREDIENTS:
- 150g of ‘0’ flour
- 100g integral flour
- 100g finely chopped almonds
- 100g integral muscovado sugar
- 30 ml corn oil
- 300ml oat milk
- 1/2 sachet of yeast for desserts
- 1 spoonful of cinnamon
- 1 spoonful of chopped flax seeds
- Dark chocolate flakes
- 30 grams powdered PUMPKIN Vellutata
PREPARATION: Mix all of the flours together: ‘0’ flour, integral flour, the pumpkin powder, the almonds, yeast and flax seeds. Add the sugar and cinnamon. Gradually add the oat milk and the oil and mix to avoid lumps. Add the chocolate flakes as the final ingredient. Grease a cake tin and pour in the batter. Bake in the oven at 180° for 35/40 minutes.
