WHAT IS IT?: Dried mix for soup/cream made from kale and cabbage with the addition of dried potato as a thickener, to create a thicker and creamier consistency. The kale soup/cream is an energetic and flavoursome dish, ideal for taking on winter! With its distinct and delicious taste, the kale goes excellently with the cabbage. It is a dish to be served hot and, if you prefer, with the addition of croutons. READY TO USE.
HOW TO USE IT: Boil 1 litre of water, prepare a broth with Dadok 100% VEGETALE and sprinkle in the contents of the packet whilst stirring. Boil for 10 minutes whilst stirring carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. It is recommended to add a drizzle of our oil-based Condimento Aromatizzato and seasonings to taste. Also really great with the addition of croutons. The product can also be used to flavour homemade bread, pizza and pasta, or can be used to create sauces or salsa for starter dishes.

INGREDIENTS:
- 320Grams of fusilli
- 40g of Vellutata Kale-Cabbage
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION: Put the kale and cabbage powder in a bit of warm water to rehydrate. In the meantime, cook the pasta and drain it whilst still al dente (indicated 5 minutes before the suggested time on the packet), keeping aside a cup of the water used in cooking. In the same pan used to cook the pasta, heat a drop of oil and combine the rehydrated kale and cabbage powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes on a high heat, adding the cooking water from the pasta to maintain creaminess. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add the pasta to the cream and continue to cook for the time necessary in order to form a risotto, stirring frequently and adding water. Serve nice and hot with a drizzle of oil.
