WHAT IS IT?: A dried mix for soup/cream made from dehydrated courgette with the addition of dried potato to give a thicker and creamier consistency. It is a light and tasty soup, to be consumed hot in the winter with the addition of croutons as well as warm in summer, enriched with a dollop of plant-based cream. READY TO USE.
HOW TO USE IT: Boil 1 litre of water, prepare a broth with Dadok 100% VEGETALE and sprinkle in the contents of the packet whilst stirring. Boil for 10 minutes whilst stirring carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. It is recommended to add a drizzle of our oil-based Condimento Aromatizzato and seasonings to taste. Also really great with the addition of croutons. The product can also be used to flavour homemade bread, pizza and pasta, or can be used to create sauces or salsa for starter dishes.

INGREDIENTS:
- 100 grams of buckwheat flour
- Water
- 40grams of powdered COURGETTE Vellutata
- Sea salt
PREPARATION: In a bowl, combine the buckwheat flour and the courgette powder. Add the water to the dry ingredients to obtain a smooth, but not too wet, batter. Season with salt. In a hot, oiled, non-stick pan, put half a ladle of mixture at a time in order to form a thin layer over the surface of the pan. When it starts to make small holes in the upper part, use a spatula to turn them and complete cooking. Keep going until you do not have any batter left. You may fill them in so many ways according to your tastes and imagination.
