DESCRIPTION: Melissa leaf and tarragon seasoned salt condiment, made with Italian integral sea salt and Melissa leaves and tarragon picked directly from our land to gift your dishes with a unique aroma. The tarragon substitutes pepper, the Melissa leaves have a slight lemon aroma. Great for fresh fish, eggs and cheese. Also to be tried out as a condiment on stuffed tortellini with the addition of melted butter.
HOW TO USE: Scatter a small amount over fish, eggs and cheese as a substitution to normal salt. Add until the best taste has been obtained.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After use close well and do not leave exposed to the air.

SUGGESTED RECIPE from CondirSANO: TZATZIKI FILLED TOMATOES

Ingredients:
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 125g greek yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely sliced
- Flavoured salt with lemon balm and tarragon
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and extract the flesh and seeds. Sprinkle some flavoured salt with lemon balm and tarragon inside the tomatoes and lay them on a board upside down for 15 minutes. Peel and grate the cucumbers, sprinkle with a little flavoured salt and leave to dry out slightly in a colander. Combine the yoghury, garlic and cucumber in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and work the mixture in a liquidiser until the yoghurt has thickened. With a spoon, fill the tomatoes with the mixture, lay them on a serving plate, add one final pinch of flavoured salt with lemon balm and tarragon and serve immediately.
