DESCRIPTION: Chilli pepper and garlic <\/strong>seasoned salt condiment, prepared with Italian sea salt <\/strong>and chilli pepper and garlic collected directly from our land, following the principles of biologico-SANO, to gift your dishes with a slightly spicy aroma. Perfect for tomato sauces (esp.with anchovies, capers and black olives), bread, bruschetta, pizza and fish.<\/p>\n

METHOD OF USE: <\/strong>Sprinkle in minimal quantities <\/strong>onto roasted meat and fish, cooked vegetables and sauces as a substitute for classic salt<\/strong>. Add until the desired taste is achieved.<\/p>\n

STORAGE CONDITIONS: <\/strong>Store in a cool, dry place, away from the light. After use, reclose the container well. Do not leave exposed to air.<\/p>\n

RECIPE RECOMMENDED BY <\/strong>: SPICY BISCUITS<\/strong><\/p>\n

For: 8-10 people \/ preparation time: 20 mins \/ cooking time: 10 mins \/ difficulty: 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n\u2022 210g white flour
\n\u2022 70g butter
\n\u2022 Condimento aromatizzato in sale (chilli and garlic )
\n\u2022 1 egg, roughly beaten
\n\u2022 1 tablespoon of tomato pur\u00e9e
\nPreparation: Heat the oven to 180\u00b0C and grease a baking tray with butter. In a tureen, sift 200g of the flour and add the chilli and garlic salt . Add the butter in pieces and mix until you have a grainy mixture. In a bowl, work the egg and the tomato pur\u00e9e, add to the mixture and mix all of the ingredients together until they form a smooth ball. Roll out the ball on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of around 3mm, and cut out the biscuits with a cookie cutter. Transfer to the tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until they are golden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
