WHAT IS IT?: A snack made from whole, dried kale leaves. They are already known abroad and, above all, in America, where kale has come to be used. Our alternative snack is crisps made from raw kale, dehydrated and seasoned with turmeric and cashews or almonds, absolutely NOT fried and suitable as a CLEAN aperitif or as a delicious snack. Kale is energising and has an intense flavour, but the addition of turmeric and cashews creates a food suitable for any palate. Kids also love them! READY TO CONSUME.
HOW TO USE IT: This is an original and crunchy idea for a CLEAN and different aperitif, but also a snack on the go, even for the little ones. May also be used to garnish a starter dish, for example by crushing a handful of kale snacks and sprinkling them on top of a vegetable pasta dish topped with breadcrumbs.

For: 6 people / preparation time: 10 minutes / cooking time: 15 minutes / difficulty: 1
- 1kg of pumpkin cut into cubes
- 2 packs KALE snack
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 glasses of white wine
- 2 cloves of garlic
Put the garlic in a pan and fry off with a splash of oil. Add the chopped pumpkin and the chopped rosemary. Sautee in the pan until the pumpkin is browned, for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with the wine and leave until the wine evaporates. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for around 10 minutes. Serve with 1 or more packets of (in) CAVOLATE NERE Snack coarsely crumbled on top. The combination is simple and surprising.
