- 12 lamb ribs
- 1 peeled and finely sliced clove of garlic
- Flavoured salt with thyme, mint, marjoram, rosemary, basil, oregano and parsley
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salad to garnish
Put the ribs in a large dish, add the flavoured salt with thyme, mint, marjoram, rosemary, basil, oregano and parsley. Add the garlic and oil. Mix well and put the dish in the fridge until it needs to be cooked. Heat the grill to full power and grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes, turning only once or until they are well cooked and golden. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with salad and serve hot.
