DESCRIPTION: Rosemary, chive, sage, parsley and bay leaf seasoned salt condiment, made with Italian integral sea salt and aromatic herbs picked directly from our gardens to gift your dishes with a mix of aromas that will surprise you with their flavour and taste. Great for raw and cooked vegetables, meat, fish, sauces, bread and pizza.
METHOD OF USE: Sprinkle in minimal quantities onto roasted meat and fish, cooked vegetables and sauces as a substitute for classic salt. Add until the desired taste is achieved.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cool, dry place, away from the light. After use, reclose the container well. Do not leave exposed to air.

RECIPE RECOMMENDED BY: OVEN-BAKED COURGETTE WITH CHEESE AND AROMAS

• 500g thinly sliced courgette
• 50g grated parmesan
• 4 table spoons of our garlic oil-based condiment
• Our condiment aromatizzato in sale (rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley and bay leaf)
Preparation: Heat the oven to 200°C and put the courgette slices into a spacious pan. Season with the 5 herb salt. Drizzle on some oil. Add two tablespoons of water and the parmesan. Cover the pan with a sheet of tin foil and put in the oven for 15 minutes. After this time, take off the tin foil and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, or until the courgettes are tender and the cheese is melted. Serve this dish hot.
