METHOD OF USE: Sprinkle in minimal quantities onto roasted meat and fish, cooked vegetables and sauces as a substitute for classic salt. Add until the desired taste is achieved.

Preparation: Crumble the stale bread and cover with oil, our oregano and marjoram salt condiment, and grated parmesan. Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle generously with the mixture. Put in the oven for 20 minutes and serve the dish hot.
