DESCRIPTION: Catmint and sage seasoned salt condiment, made with Italian integral sea salt and catmint and sage picked directly from our land to gift your dishes with a refined taste. Particularly inclined to compliment your dishes with a fish base.
METHOD OF USE: Sprinkle in minimal quantities onto roasted meat and fish, cooked vegetables and sauces as a substitute for classic salt. Add until the desired taste is achieved.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After use close well and do not leave exposed to the air.
SUGGESTED RECIPE from GustoSANO: ROMAN SALTIMBOCCA

- 4 slices of veal
- 150g prosciutto
- Flavoured salt with nepeta and sage
- 20g butter
- ½ glass dry white wine
Wrap the slices of veal with the prosciutto, and fasten with a toothpick. Lightly dust with flour and cook in oil and butter whilst seasoning with GustoSANO flavoured salt with nepeta and sage. When the cooking is almost done, pour over the white wine and baste.
