- 500g beef steak
- 4 medium courgettes, coarsely chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 80g grated emmental
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Flavoured salt with garlic, bay leaf and thyme
Heat the oven to 230°C and oil an appropriate baking tray. Put the courgettes in a dish with the garlic, bay leaf and thyme flavoured salt. Add a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Transfer the pre-prepared steaks to the baking tray, cover with the courgettes and the tomatoes. Sprinkle with emmetal and cook for 20 minutes, or until the meat is well cooked and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
