- 12 artichokes
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 5 tbsp flavoured oil with thyme
Wash the artichokes and carefully spread out the leaves. Stuff the hearts with a mince made from the stems, cloves of garlic and parsley. Next, put the artichokes standing up in a saucepan with high sides. Season and drizzle with flavoured thyme oil. Cover with water and place on the heat. The artichokes are ready when the water has completely evaporated.
