WHAT IS IT?: Made of dehydrated plants and vegetables; courgette, parsley and courgette flowers. Lends a delicious, distinct and fresh aroma to your starter dishes such as risotto, barley and spelt. READY TO USE.
HOW TO USE IT: Add the contents of the packet to rice, barley or spelt. Continue to cook whilst adding vegetable broth (prepared with water and DadOK 100% VEGETALE ) a bit at a time, until it is cooked. To use with pasta, couscous, chickpea frittatas or for quick preparations, revive the contents of the packet in a bit of hot water and use according to your preferred recipe as you would with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:
– 1 packet of Preparati per Primi Piatti COURGETTE PARSLEY
– 200 ml unsweetened soya milk
– 150g of chickpea flour
– 150ml water
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 teaspoon of bicarcbonate of soda
– Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation: Revive the contents of the package in a pan with a bit of warm water. Separately, put the chickpea flour, the bicarbonate of soda and the salt and pepper in a bowl. In a carafe, stir together the liquid ingredients (water and milk). Pour into the bowl and mix with a whisk to prevent the formation of lumps. It will be necessary to form a smooth and consistent batter. Retrieve the courgettes, which in the meantime will have become rehydrated and tip them into a pan (with the residual water), previously coated with a drizzle of oil. Allow the vegetables to cook for 5-6 minutes. Add the other two spoonfuls of oil and once everything is cooked, empty it all into the batter. Cover and allow to cook on a low heat until it is cooked. Flip and cook until it forms a crust.
