HOW TO USE IT: Revive the contents of the packet in a bit of hot water. Remove from the water and add to a pan, seasoning with our aromatic oil-based rosemary condiment . Continue by adding the other ingredients according to your recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 kg of cauliflower
– 1 tablespoon of chickpea flour
– 1 teaspoon of Base per Cucinare GARLIC
– 1 sprig of chopped rosemary
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and pepper
PREPARATION: Wash the cauliflower and cut into equally sized pieces. Put it all in a container and dress with oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic. Mix well. Finally, add the chickpea flour.
Mix with your hands until every piece is well covered
Oil a baking tray and empty the cauliflower onto it. Cook in the oven preheated to 200° for 25-30 minutes.
