WHAT IS IT?: Dried mix for smooth soups/creams, made from dehydrated pumpkin and Jerusalem artichoke with the addition of dried potatoes as a thickener, to achieve a thick and creamy consistency. This is a sweet and light cream, to consume hot in the winter or just warm in the summer. The Jerusalem artichoke reminds of the taste of artichoke and the combination of pumpkin and Jerusalem artichoke is unique and refined. Because of the multiple nutritional properties of this mix, it may be considered a “unique dish” for dinner or lunch. READY TO USE.
HOW TO USE IT: Boil 1 litre of water, prepare a broth with Dadok 100% VEGETALE and sprinkle in the contents of the packet whilst stirring. Boil for 10 minutes whilst stirring carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. It is recommended to add a drizzle of our oil-based Condimento Aromatizzato and seasonings to taste. Also really great with the addition of croutons. The product can also be used to flavour homemade bread, pizza and pasta, or can be used to create sauces or salsa for starter dishes.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 carrots cut into circles
- 4 medium-sized potatoes cut into cubes
- 1 sprig of fresh parsley
- 30g of powdered Cream Soup Mix: PUMPKIN AND JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE
- 250ml soya milk (unsweetened)
- 200ml water
- 4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
PREPARATION: Oil a baking sheet and distribute the potatoes, carrots, parsley, salt and pepper onto it. Massage with hands to distribute the seasoning and bake in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes. Mix only once in a while. Whilst the vegetables cook, combine the water and milk in a pan. Sprinkle in the cream/soup mix and mix carefully in order to avoid the formation of lumps. Adjust with salt and pepper and boil. Once it reaches the boil, mix the cream for 10 minutes, maintaining a low heat. This way, the powdered pumpkin and Jerusalem artichoke will have time to rehydrate and cook, absorbing the liquid component. Once the potatoes are ready (check with a fork that they are soft), take the tray out of the oven. Combine the diced vegetables and the cream in a hot pan. Sautee everything on a high heat for a couple of minutes whilst mixing to make the dish consistent. Finally plate it all up whole with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds. A rich and complete dish.
